Armed with a background in financial services from advisory, claims, and experience liaising between lenders and brokers, Pooja understands the unique needs of advisers and their businesses. Her role is to elevate operational efficiency within TAP and further enhance the member experience.

With 40 years in the finance industry, Geoff joined TAP after the acquisition of his mortgage aggregation business, Q Group. Geoff helps advisers strengthen and grow their mortgage businesses by sharing decades of expertise, best practices and leveraging longstanding relationships with lenders and suppliers.
