The Adviser Platform (TAP) has announced the appointment of two new team members, Taz Alnahas (pictured above left) as key account manager and Meryll Villaver (pictured above right) as client engagement manager, to support its rapid growth and provide enhanced support to its members.
TAP noted it has experienced a significant surge in new members and initial inquiries since the beginning of the year. In response to this growing demand, TAP has made significant appointments to bolster the support it can provide.

Ensuring quality member experience
Alnahas, in his new role as key account manager, will focus on deepening relationships with existing members. He will provide tailored training and support to members to help them maximize the benefits of TAP’s platform.
Villaver, as client engagement manager, will be the first point of contact for new and prospective members. Her expertise in client relationship management is expected to be the key to ensure advisers receive the support and resources they need.
