The Adviser Platform (TAP) has launched a mobile application, myTAPapp, which the company says is designed to give financial advisers the tools to manage their business from anywhere, and has also refreshed its brand identity and website.

TAP says says that with myTAPapp, advisers can access client information, track activities, manage tasks, and record new leads on the go. The app syncs with TAP’s desktop CRM “…allowing advisers to pick up where they left off.”

Ryan Edwards, Managing Director of TAP, says advisers need flexibility, efficiency, and complete access to their client information no matter where they are.

“With myTAPapp, we’re giving them the tools to manage different aspects of their business, all from a mobile device.”

The company says a feature of myTAPapp is its dashboarding functionality. This allows advisers to monitor their business performance in real time, tracking metrics such as amount of business issued, open advice files and overdue tasks.

It says the dashboard is designed to offer a gamified experience, encouraging advisers to increase engagement and productivity.

Mike Taylor, Managing Director of BBT and Head of Development at TAP, says the firm designed the dashboard to give advisers a real-time overview of their business at a glance.

“The goal was to create an intuitive interface that helps advisers stay on top of their key metrics, without adding any unnecessary complexity. It’s all about making business performance visual and easy to track.”
